Michelle's Floral Boutique Ltd. proudly serves all of Calgary and area. We are committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, with exceptional customer service. Michelle Kim is the owner and is still the principle designer since 1992. We are now at 24 Copperleaf Cres. SE, with NO store front (old location was #19 Sunmills Dr. SE). Pick ups are available with appointments only. Since our re-location, we have lowered all of our delivery fees. $10.00 to Sundance, Midnapore, Chaparral, Cranston, Copperfield, New Brighton, Prestwick, Mahogany and other surrounding areas. Our professional staff is dedicated to making your ordering experience a pleasant one.

We are always open on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day with all day and evening delivery services.
We are always closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and closed New Years Day and the day after.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 10 days prior to the following major holidays: Mother's Day, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Memorial Day.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions will be necessary to create your bouquet as certain flowers are not available throughout the year. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value and will always guarantee the finest & fresh quality available. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. All orders will be pulled on a "first come, first serve" basis, so we recommend you place your order at least 3 days in advance.
Delivery Policy
Recipient's phone number must be availalbe. A local delivery fee of $10.00 and up will be added to each order, for each address. For residential deliveries, orders must be received by 2:00 p.m in the recipient's time zone to ensure same day delivery. For business or downtown deliveries, orders must be received by noon. Evening deliveries are also available, but must be ordered by phone or through email. There will be an extra charge for deliveries to rural route addresses, out of town or cemeteries. Fees will vary depending on the area. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders on line.
